In short: we collect only what we need to engrave, pack and ship your order, and to answer your questions. We never sell your personal data, and we never see or store your full card number — payment is handled by our payment provider.
What we collect
- Order details — the items you buy, engraving text or artwork you upload, and your order number.
- Contact & shipping details — name, email address and delivery address, so we can ship and reach you about the order.
- Messages — anything you send us by email, WhatsApp or Instagram DM.
How we use it
Only for these purposes:
- To make, engrave and deliver your order
- To send order updates and tracking information
- To handle replacements under our replacement policy
- To answer your questions and provide customer support
Payment
Card and checkout details are entered on our payment provider's secure page. AXLIGHTER does not store your full card number, expiry date or security code.
Who we share it with
Only the partners needed to fulfil your order and run the shop:
- Shipping carriers — name, address and phone, so the parcel can be delivered
- Our payment provider — to process the transaction
- Email delivery service — to send order confirmations and tracking updates
These partners may only use the data to perform that service. We do not sell, rent or trade your data to advertisers.
Cookies & analytics
We use basic cookies to keep your cart and language preference, and standard web analytics to understand which pages are visited. You can clear or block cookies in your browser at any time; the shop still works without them, though your cart may not be remembered.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for accounting and warranty purposes. You can ask us to delete messages and non-essential records at any time — see below.

- Opt out of marketing messages (order and shipping emails still have to be sent)
