Who is behind AXLIGHTER
AXLIGHTER is an independent workshop brand. Every piece is engraved to order in our own workshop — we are not a marketplace reselling someone else's stock, and we do not dropship. That is also why nothing is "in stock and ready to post tomorrow": the metal is cut after you order it.
We started out making custom engraved lighters and stayed there. The catalogue now covers anime and game designs, Chinese-style motifs, pets, couples, floral and armour patterns, plus two specialities: holographic depth engraving and axe-shaped brass and bronze bodies.
What actually happens after you order
- Engraving: 1–3 days. Your design is cut into solid metal, not printed or stickered.
- Shipping: 7–15 days, tracked. You get a tracking number you can follow.
- Returns: 60 days. If you change your mind, the return window is two months, not the 14 days most stores give.
- If it arrives damaged: send a photo and we replace or refund — you are not asked to ship it back first at your own cost.
Payment and contact
Payment is handled by bank transfer and the wallets listed at checkout, including Alipay, WeChat Pay, Wise, Ria, Western Union and major cryptocurrencies. If none of those suit you, message us and we will find one that does. The fastest way to reach a person is Instagram DM @axlighter — it is monitored daily, and custom commissions are quoted there.

- Does the lighter come with fuel and a flint?
- It ships with a flint but without lighter fluid — flammable liquid cannot travel by air freight, so you fill it yourself with any standard lighter fluid. Full answer here.
- Where does my order ship from?
- It is engraved and dispatched from our own workshop, tracked door to door. Lighters ship empty with a flint, because pressurised fuel cannot travel by air.
- What payment methods do you accept?
- Alipay, WeChat Pay, Wise, Ria, Western Union and major cryptocurrencies, plus the options shown at checkout. Message us if none of those work for you.
- Do you have real customer reviews?
- Yes — customer photos and ratings are collected on the fan wall after delivery. Some product pages show a star rating and some do not, because we publish only reviews that real buyers left.
